Commander Neyo

Neyo was in charge of the republic forces on Saleacumi. He is seen in episode 3 on a speeder bike as he and his squadmates execute order 66. His armor is styled directly after the clone assassins, and it reflects Neyo's cold personality. He was one of the best clones there was, a brilliant commander, but truly heartless.
